3. Advertising

We work with third-party advertising partners to display ads within the Service and to market Curio Fitness on external platforms. These partners include, but are not limited to:

• TikTok (TikTok for Business)

These advertising partners may collect or receive certain information about you — including device identifiers, IP address, and usage data — through the use of cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies, in order to provide interest-based advertising, measure ad performance, and build audience segments. This data collection is governed by each partner's own privacy policy.

You may opt out of interest-based advertising by:

• On iOS: Going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disabling "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Adjusting ad personalization settings within your Google, Meta, or TikTok account settings

Opting out of personalized advertising does not mean you will stop seeing ads — it means the ads you see may be less relevant to your interests.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With vendors who assist us in operating the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support), who are contractually obligated to protect your information.

• Apple Refund Processing: By using the Service and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple as necessary to resolve refund requests. Such sharing is done solely to assist Apple in evaluating refund requests and in compliance with Apple's policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.
